Sofia Helena is a Journalism major with minors in Political Science and Public Relations. Born and raised in Brazil, she developed a passion for storytelling and global issues, which has shaped her goal of becoming a broadcast reporter.

Beyond her classes, Sofia is actively involved in Student Media as a reporter and anchor for the  KentStaterTV, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field she hopes to pursue professionally.
