I earned a Bachelor of Science in Magazine Journalism from Kent State in 2012. After graduating, I entered the world of public relations, advertising and marketing - working with exciting local clients that included the Akron Zoo, Cleveland Marathon and Veterans Service Commission of Summit County. I returned to Kent State in 2017, working in the Division of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement. In my current role, I collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategic alumni engagement and solicitation plans. I also serves as a project manager for several areas of the university, acting as a liaison with colleges and divisions to advise and assist with alumni and donor communications.

What I Love Â鶹¹û¶³ Kent State

From the first time I stepped on the Kent Campus for a tour as a high school junior, Kent State has felt like home to me. I love the collaborative spirit of the university and the larger community. Learning more about the amazing work happening here and meeting our remarkable students, alumni, faculty and staff just confirms how special this university is. And of course, who couldn't be charmed by the beautiful campus with its darling black squirrels?

Fun Facts

I studied abroad in Florence, Italy, while I was at Kent State - and I'm a passionate advocate for the benefits of global education. I love reading and seeing theater productions, including at least one show every year featuring our very own students from the School of Theatre and Dance.
