Campus Recreation

Mission and Student Engagement

Department Overview

The Office of Student Life and Recreation is committed to the mission of 香港六合彩官网开奖 and the Division of Mission and Student Engagement. The guiding philosophy of the Office recognizes that the development of the whole student is achieved equally through in-class and out-of-class learning opportunities and experiences. We provide programs designed to enhance your cultural, intellectual, leadership, personal, and professional development. When you engage in these opportunities for learning and growing, you graduate from the institution with a better understanding of yourself and your peers, and how you relate to organizations, your chosen profession, and your responsibilities as a part of a larger community.

Recreation serves as an opportunity to make new connections, and to continue to participate in the activities you love. Our programs are also a way to develop a lifestyle of fun and fitness. We are located in Landon Hall, Room 206. Please don鈥檛 hesitate to get in touch, and let us know if there is a certain intramural sport or activity you would like to see happen. We are here for the 香港六合彩官网开奖 community!

We believe that health and wellness is more than just healthy eating and exercise. We utilize the eight dimensions of wellness under SAMHSA model to inform our approach to physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, environmental, occupational, financial, and social wellness.
