Laura Berie - Controller's office, Accounts Payable received a BOOST from Iliana Garret
I reached out to Accounts Payable regarding payments that one of our vendors didn't receive. These payments dated back to Spring 2024. Laura was extremely responsive, provided timely updates, and was willing to work directly with our vendor in getting his Payment Works account updated so that his payment could be reissued. She could have referred me to a resource document with steps to share with this vendor, but instead, she worked directly with him and provided him with detailed instructions including screenshots to assist him with getting his account updated. Although it took some time, we were able to get his account updated and reissue his payments. I appreciate Laura's patience and willingness to help!
Chris Wilkinson - Office of Sr VP Finance and Administration received an anonymous BOOST
Chris is very responsive to questions and requests. She always has a very positive attitude whether working with her via email, Teams, or over the phone. She has a great understanding of "the big picture" and is always willing to go the extra mile for others. Our office very much appreciates her.
Vicki Ladd - Controller's office received an anonymous BOOST
Vicki is a consistently reliable and dedicated team member who leads by example. She always does the right thing, even when it's not the easiest thing. She brings a mix of professionalism, friendliness, and humor to the workplace. She is hilarious. Her contributions and attitude make a real difference.

Stephanie has taken on extra responsibilities with the restructuring of the Athletics Business Office. She takes pride in her organizational skills and has efficiently kept the Athletic Business office's head above water since the beginning of the year, all with a smile on her face. She is a great role model to the students and personable with the vendors. She is a remarkable asset to the University.
Ben Arigo - Controller's office, Tax and Treasury received a BOOST from Vicki Ladd

Mindy McCarthy - Internal Audit received a BOOST from Annette Alboreo
Mindy is always trying to improve how we do things in our department. She recently explored the use of AI to perform analytics for a recurring project. After checking with the Division of IT, she is using it safely and securely and may even be able to save software costs in the future if we can replace the functionality with AI.
Jonathon Murphy - Parking Services received an anonymous BOOST
Jonathon came up with a plan to park more vehicles on the grass for overflow parking at the stadium for football. His plan helped in getting cars onto the grass and parking in an orderly manner while still keeping traffic moving to get off Summit St. He implemented this at the beginning of the football season and it has been very effective. University Movers - Custodial and Technology received an anonymous BOOST
The University Budget Office recently moved to Harbourt Hall. So many groups helped our move occur seamlessly, movers, custodial, technology. The folks at our new location have been very welcoming in making Harbourt our new workplace. Thanks everyone.
