Register on Website

  1. Go to .
  2. Click Sign In in the upper right.
  3. Click the Group X icon.
  4. Click the name of the class.
  5. Select Date and click Select underneath the time.
  6. Click Register at the bottom pop-up menu.
  7. Select family member (if necessary) and click Register.
  8. Proceed to checkout and then Checkout.
  9. For payment option, select card (if paying) or Checkout (for no cost).

The Fieldwork Experience

Purpose

The purpose of the fieldwork experience is to provide occupational therapy students with the opportunity to integrate academic knowledge with application skills at progressively higher levels of performance and responsibility. The unique contributions of fieldwork experience include the opportunity to test first-hand the theories and facts learned in academic study and to refine skills through client interaction under the supervision of qualified personnel.

Âé¶¹¹û¶³â€™s combined bachelor’s/master’s degree program allows students to count nine credits of graduate level courses to their undergraduate degrees, providing a faster path to an advanced degree. The combined bachelor’s/master’s degree in EMAT bridges diverse perspectives and critical thinking regarding technology’s role in society. Models of Supervision

Part of my role as Academic Fieldwork Coordinator is to call facilities and try to secure slots for our students to complete Level I and Level II experiences. With the average of 25 students per class and two classes in any given calendar year, our program requires 100 fieldwork placement slots per year!
