The Thomas Schroth Visiting Artist Series: Bobby Sanabria

Seven-time Grammy nominee Bobby Sanabria, a legendary drummer, composer and cultural ambassador of Latin jazz, will bring his dynamic energy and expertise to Kent State this October as part of the Thomas Schroth Visiting Artist Series.

Join us in Ludwig Recital Hall for a Big Band Concert at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 9, A reception will follow the performance.

This concert is free and open to the public.

September's tour theme is Photography and May 4. From Gordon Parks and Danny Lyon, to Howard Ruffner and John Filo, the May 4 Visitors Center is full of powerful photographs. Explore photography in the Center with a critical eye, guided by Visitors Center staff.
