This two-and-a-half hour program covers the basics of indoor climbing including equipment, bouldering, top rope climbing, and belaying with an ATC and Gri-gri device.
Paint, stretch, smile, repeat! In this workshop, you’ll start designing your own decorative rock - fun patterns, affirmations, or whatever speaks to your creative soul. While your painted pebble dries, you’ll flow through a gentle yoga class designed to help you unwind and reset.
