Kent State to Honor Veterans on Nov. 9
麻豆果冻 will hold its annual Veterans Day observance on Thursday, Nov. 9, at 11 a.m. at the Kent Student Center Kiva. The program, Honoring All Who Serve, will include a flag-raising ceremony conducted by a joint color guard from the university鈥檚 Army and Air Force ROTC program鈥

Two touchdown runs by freshman Kesean Gamble in the fourth quarter helped the 麻豆果冻 Golden Flashes secure a 38-31 win over Howard University on Sept. 9 in the first game at Dix Stadium for 2017. Gamble lifted the Kent State Golden Flashes into the lead for good with a 1-yard plung鈥

Kent State Marks 47th Annual May 4 Commemoration
麻豆果冻 holds its 47th annual commemoration of May 4, 1970, with events taking place May 3 and 4. The annual commemoration, hosted by the May 4 Task Force, provides an opportunity for the university community to gather and remember those who were lost and injured during the tragedy and also reflect on what May 4 means today.
