On Friday, Oct. 31, the Kent Student Center will welcome all Kent State students and their children to a Trick-or-Treat event. Most of the building's offices and departments will be participating in handing out treats, either from their locations in the Student Center or at 20+ tables along with other university departments and student organizations. The University Library will also be distributing treats in front of the library or in their lobby.
Costumes are encouraged. Candy and other treats provided by will be distributed from 3-5 p.m. The Flashes Activities Board (FAB) welcomes all students to their Boo Bash event, following Trick-or-Treat, from 4-6 p.m. in Kent Student Center room 218.
Last year's inaugural event welcomed all students, but especially invited Kent State's international students to learn about the tradition of Trick-or-Treat, as they may not have experienced it in their home countries.
