Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Kent State Invites Educators to Apply for Summer Workshop Āé¶¹¹ū¶³ May 4, 1970
Āé¶¹¹ū¶³ invites educators of students in grades 6-12 to apply by March 1 for its Landmarks of American History and Culture workshop, āMaking Meaning of May 4: The 1970 Kent State Shootings in U.S. History.ā Co-directors Laura Davis, Ph.D., Professor Emerita of English and former founding director of the May 4 Visitors Center, and Todd Hawley, Ph.D., associate professor of social studies teacher education, were awarded $170,000 in funding by the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) to create this workshop.

Kent State Chemist Follows up on Baseball Core Study, Refuting MLB Findings.
In 1901, the 16 Major League Baseball teams produced 455 home runs. Players were discouraged from attempting it. Nearly 120 years later, players couldnāt seem to help themselves, and MLB smashed all previous records. More homers might mean more exciting games, but some people question why the spike happened.
