All scheduled events and activities must adhere to , city and guidelines, as well as university requirements.

All scheduled events and activities must be registered through University Events and Conference Services and must follow all university event registration operational and procedures.

Â鶹¹û¶³ promotes a marketplace of ideas that provide for opportunities for noncommercial expressive activity on campus. Event registration of university facilities and grounds, as well as the unregistered non-exclusive use of university grounds, are provided for in policy 3342-5-12.4.

Use of Academic space will need to follow the campus event registration process through the University Events & Conference Services office.  All academic classes will take precedent over an event. 

Use of Intercollegiate Athletics space will need to follow the campus event registration process through the University Events & Conferences Services office. All Intercollegiate Athletic events will take precedent over an event.

Use of Recreational Services space will be registered with the Department of Recreational Services direction at /recservices/facility-rentals.
